this problem been around for quite were you win on a rated tabl;e but you dont get rates other guy goes off in the sunset but now im seeing it way more ofter by way more people it would be nice to have this problem fixed

Is true, if u play in practice and pot all balls and u ready to pot ball 8 and opponent close game u don't get rate. this happened with me many times, i saw lot of players do this unfair thing
