I am really peaced off about the removal of a post i made yesterday, it seems to me that every time someone actually states what so many feel and complain about, that the powers that be simply delete the post and think they have solved the problem.

I am again talking about the bugs and other issues in the snooker rooms that can ruin a game, and that Guan who ever he may be simply ignores!

Yesterday I took the time to clearly back a topic up that again had been posted regarding issues with the site , the same topic has been posted for yrs on here and still nothing done by the man himself.

Laws state clearly that when any enterprise takes payment for a service, that they are obligated to maintain the service that the consumer has paid for. Guan simply thinks he can close his eyes to the complaints of us the paying public and expect us to accept it!

We as the paying public have rights! we can demand to get what we pay for and also have the right to receive full payment back if the supplier of the service fails to fulfill his obligation by servicing us in a fair manner.

All we are asking for is for the issues that we constantly bitch about to be fixed and that SUPPORT actually replies to our requests and questions within a reasonable length of time.

I personally mailed support 3 weeks ago requesting a name change on one of my accounts, this mail has been resent 4 times and still no response, totally unnacceptable.

Why should we as customers have to please Guan ???? its is in fact his responsibilty to deliver what we pay for and if he cannot, then either on the front page make us aware that we are purchasing a slightly defaulted product or ensure that he fixes the issues that cause so much frustration.

For once I will request that Swannie or any other administrator with the power to delete posts leaves this one on here and moreso actually channels our frustrations to the admin for the site and asks him to take some action.

the site is a farce and its about time someone actaully tried to get some action on the issues here, look its mid feb bearly and on start page Januarys tournaments have started!!!

what planet is Guan from???

Dave stop taking your mid life crisis out on Guan :lol: , the kid can only do so much. If i was him id ignore ye mutha fkers too, people whining every single day, i want this i want that. F off hes human like the rest of us. He didnt force anyone to pay for anything, writing code is no fking easy task, and to find a error in it is even harder.
Far as im concerned tis a great game, so what a few bugs get over it, its a game nothing more, nothing less.

Kev, you are right. It is just a game after all. However, Dave is also correct. It is a product that we pay for and therefore we should expect to enjoy the product. But time and time again during ETs players are constantly being booted out. If you bought a MP3 player that continually dropped your music, you would take it back and expect at least an exchange. And you would expect the seller to listen to your complaint. I think that is the point here. Fix it if you can, and if you can't then tell us why not.

when you grow up and find that there is a real world out there beyond the confines of your house, you may actually have an opinion that is valid! Untill then please refrain from playing Mr Innocent and sucking up to someone who you don`t know just to please him...Guan like any other individual has responsibilities that he should address... his ignorance is disgraceful and yet he demand respect from the paying public.... wrong!!!!

Try to ask an adult to read aloud what I actually wrote in my post so that you understand it.

For 2 years the plyrs who PAY for this site have had their requests ignored even though that contrivenes international laws and thats is dam right fkin rudeness.

I am not the type that moans for no reason, what I was trying to do with this post was bring a littlæe pressure and some respect back into the site, its as simple as that...

I take no offense to your comments Kev as we all live with the abilities we were given at birth! so look forward to seeing you in practice soon.

I agree, if you're going to offer a product whether it's an online game or or an actual piece of equipment unless stated it should be problem free, also if you're going to offer support then it should be there, not for queries to be answered depending on whether you want to answer them or not.
I have had 2 game accounts banned, i know why i was banned from forum on 1 of them but not the game on either of them, 1 of the accounts had over 1500 coins on it, can i get an answer from support, well i'll let you lot work that 1 out for yourselves.
At the end of the day it really isn't good enough, i know guan has said there will be a major update to stop the exe error, bugs and cheating but hasn't said when this will happen, which he should at least give us an idea of when it will be implemented.

Now that's not very nice of you David.

So my opinion isn't valid. The fact you think im sucking up to someone is delusional,

Fact of the matter is these errors have been around alot longer than 2 years, if something could have been done to fix them then Im sure it would have been done. People have the option to renew there accounts which they continue to do so, so the errors mustn't be bothering them too much only the select few are getting annoyed by them. And even if they were fixed people would find something else to complain about anyway. Its just the way of life.

as I stated you should read all of my post not just the parts that suit you, try again m8 and lets debate when you have read and digested the whole post.

I know yr a grt bloke in yr own unty way (silent K) but you fail to see the issues and the regulatories that should be respected and action taken upon or failing that, a visable description of what you get for yr payment.

Another point being that SUPPORT ignore basically all requests when people have paid and reqest assistance....

try to read it again, it may actually open yr eyes a little! your supposed Guan super hero so you are so ready to defend has instead of looking after his paying customers and the problems on AT, spent his time openeing a new site for his income? fair? reasonable? legal?
good customer service? repectful?

Dave while i whole heartily agree with what your saying, your wasting your time. this stuff has been going on alot longer than u or I have been members.

Apparently theres a big update on the way so maybe save judgement till after that
