This Thursday I send off a renewal to my premium account, but still at this time, 3 days later, still have not been able to play as premium member.
I hope this will be put right forthwith. My previous membership expired 11-19-11, butt was canclled on 11-17-11.....hmmmmm.

I renewed my premium account on 1/4/2012 and have not recieved it it still logs me in as free player please help. I would like to play pool i have already paid for it. I cant play at all
