I just paid for the snooker ( i had previously paid for the pool) - it took my money but i have received no code/ cannot play.It tells me i need the premier account which i've paid for. I notice that you no longer pay BitMicro but Guan himself. Could this be a reason. Can anyone help?

I bought an account for a friend a few weeks ago and that was to guan himself, you should get an email with a link to either create an account or you can add snooker to your existing account.

Hi Handyman....

Just a few suggestions, just in case....

Did you email support@etiumsoft.com and let them know? Send them your email address again, JUST IN CASE you had a typo or error the first time.

And, have you checked that your activation email has not ended up in a spam or trash folder?

I know you've probably thought of these, but I offer them just in case it may help you.
