would like to report johnvirgo (english) as i see there are two
during a snooker game i was subject to racil abuse and verbil abuse
being called a scottish twat and a retard
i normaly have chat turned off and not sure why it was on
i come here and enjoy a good game of snooker , not to be abused by people

i tried the report abuse button not sure if it works
people like this should be banned its so un- sporting and childish
and does this site no good
i will never play this person again.

Yes this particular player isn't at all nice, myself and a few others are 99% certain that this is in fact ITA the so called number 1 player in snooker, if it's not him then someone has done a good job in copying the way ITA behaves and abuses people.

why would ita the no1 player want to abuse people and why would you buy two diffrent acounts , can you ?
and also i never knew you could have the same name as another player in the group as there are two johnvirgos
i have been reading the forums and i find that the mod's or owner dont have much to do with complaints seems a shame as this is a very good game site and we the sportsman of the game should be protected
i payed my money they took it , it needs to be mannaged better if this sort of thing is going on
i posted twise before and have had no replyes so i thought no one relly bothers much about the forums, but is it just a place to voise unread complaints?

The reason ITA has other accounts is simple .......... he's too afraid to play good players on his ITA account and lose rates so he has other accounts to play the good players, he's been witnessed and reported for abuse towards new players and guests on his ITA account but for what ever reason never loses reputation. We've caught him out in the past with other accounts he's bought because he always gives his ITA account the referral bonus and as he has no friends it's obvious, this time it took a little longer to work it out but we managed it , he's also had M@x147 and ladyblue i forget the other names right now but he has had others.
As for Mods they can't really do much other than boot guests and free members, unlock frozen games in et and chat ban.

so what your saying is.... you can have many acounts , abuse people and thats ok?

the people who run this site cant care or be bothered to look after the good people then im afraid i wont be rejoining.

Options have been provided to all members so they can moderate (to a degree)their own game .......right click the players name and select block chat, this will stop you from receiving chat from that player until one of you logs out. You also have options when playing to filter chat, click the padlock located under the message box to see your options.

Yes you can have as many accounts as you wish to pay for.
