GET YOUR FINGER OUT GUAN, AND MAKE THIS GAME THE GREAT, FRIENDLY, PLAYABLE GAME THAT IT SHOULD BE !!!!! IM SO ANNOYED THAT I'D PUNCH YOU SQUARE IN THE FACE IF YOU WERE SITTING IN THE ROOM!!!! i left this game over 3 yrs ago because of all the bugs which made it virtually unplayable on most days, i renewed my membership after your great idea of giving old members a couple of weeks free membership during xmas. i will admit that through my free xmas membership i had very few problems, but now that i've renewed my membership the bugs seem to be back to where they were years ago. i have been in the middle of practice games and et's ( today was in final in snooker teams) and suddenly the game shuts down or i get booted from room. im goin to look into whether your in breach of any business codes because im sure if you are taking money from so many thousands of people that you should be giving them a service that they can rely on, which unfortunately is not the case!!!!!! you take thousands of $'s of people hard earned money and dont seem to care that the service you provide them is diabolical at best!!!!! AND AS FOR ABUSIVE PLAYERS !!! I dont listen to them myself, but when they come into games of mine and are abusive towards other players in my room, especially m8's of mine that do take offence to it, then it really pi**es me off and wonder why i waste my money!!! Please give us the game, that us paying customers, have always hoped it would be and sort out the endless amount of bugs and perminently ban the known abusive players who bring a bad name to our game,
