I've been trying for over an hour and a half to login to play snooker tonight which i have paid for but i can't i can login to the forum but not the game why? :x :x :x

OK, I think I may know how to fix this. Don't close the game after a failed login attempt, just hit login again and it should let you in. You may need to do it 2 or 3 times.
