Yep we have exactly the same in England you're better off being a foriegner than English here, we also have the added problem of Scotland wanted independence but still want us to foot the bill for them, so for example they get free university places while we don't but we the English pay for it, so no wonder we're in the sh1t as well. but then if you look at the fact our last prime minister was in fact Scottish just tells you our whole system is wrong.
