Guan we really need guest play sorted once and for all.
My opinion is please do away with it, as most of those playing on guest accounts are in fact good players who come on as a guest and abuse players knowing full well we can't report them, the mod tools are useless as they seem to have been disabled all the mods can do is boot them but then they can come straight back on and continue where they left off, this is causing a lot of upset for the mods and players alike.

Too often guests come in and have free reign to abuse, mods can do nothing but boot but the guests are back in seconds. Chat block mod tool for guests would do the trick, if they can't talk then they can't abuse. Mods should be able to report guests, instant chat block.

At Least 15 Times i Had To Boot This Guest For Foul Language Towards Your Customers and Myself Only To Come Straight Back Within Seconds To Do it Again Can You Take Another Look at The mod tools Or Adjust The Settings Somehow By Banning Logging Into Arcade Tribe For a While
There Are Far Too Many Good Players Being Abused at The Moment With Little Or No Action On These People..

Do we really have to put up with this from so called guests, now i have strong suspicions as to who it really is and many of us know there's only 1 player here who abuses those from countries such as india, pakistan etc and calls them retards.
Guan we need this sorted as a matter of urgency before he chases off all your prospective customers, we also need more snooker mods with more tools to deal with this matter.

As for guests I never understand why people play them to be honest, you see players searching round the tables just challenging them and nobody else - quite sad really and you never know what sort of person you are dealing with.

True Johnny but the really sad part is that 9 times out of 10 the guest is actually a paid player coming in as guest just so he can abuse and/or rip off rates from some poor unsuspecting souls.
