Guan,

Is there not something in place whereby the game times-out after a given length of time?

Yesterday I was 50 points in front with 2 reds left when I played a foul - my opponent had ball in hand for over 25 minutes with no movement from him or response in chat.
I even left my pc for a while, but as I had to go out opted to quit the game. Low and behold he is still at the table and took the win/rates - that can't be right.

That followed a game when I was also well in front, my opponent just quit, went on another table to play someone else yet no change to win/rates.

It's not about the rates it's just trying to make the game better for people, this was nearly 3/4 of an hour on 2 games I 'won' yet both times ended in an unsatisfactory ending.

It's the principle not the rates, I shouldn't be left at the table that long wondering what my opponent is doing.
There could be a genuine reason like a lost connection, or more sinister like I suspect with mine where he knew he couldn't win by fair means, so waited for me to quit.

There should be a visible 'shot clock' or at least a proper functioning time elapsed option.

It could just be an unfortunate DC (disconnection) but it could also be an intentional DC where the player knows he's going to lose so just reboots his computer, this can result in precisely the situations you guys have explained here, you're left sitting twiddling your thumbs not knowing what the deal is and ultimately the game closes and you've lost rates or you get fed up waiting and opt to quit also losing rates. This happened a helluva lot years ago, Guan did fix it and it remained so until a few months ago when after some update the problem reared it's head again, seems it's still here.

Guan, any chance you could look into this? I can forsee some very angry players if this continues.
