1. Mods are not permenent. The term of one mod is 2 months. We'll evaluate mods' performance every 2 months and decide to extend his/her term or assign new mods.

2. Mods can boot, chat ban or login ban FREE accounts with the mod tool, but should warn the player first. All moderations are recorded in our database, we'll check them to evaluate mod performance every month. It doesn't mean the more players banned the better, 'acting properly' is the key element for us to evaluate a mod.

3. Mods can chat ban PAID accounts with the in-game abuse reporting tool. Once our system receive the report from a mod, the player being reported will be chat banned for one hour immediately.

4. Mods can boot FROZEN players or teams in ET. Before he boots players, he must ask players to reply first, then boot the player who doesn't reply. For a team, if the captain doesn't reply, this team will be booted. If both players or teams reply, Mods will boot the player or team with HIGHER ETR.

5. Snooker mods can boot players for excessive 'Dirty Play', but he/she must be able to show me how to play dirty. Keep in mind 'snookering' in snooker is not recognized as dirty.

6. 3D Live Pool and Pool 2D mods can't boot players for 'dirty play' unless you can show me how to make the new 'anti dirty play' system lose effectiveness.

7. Mods should attend as many ETs as possible. ET attendance is also an important factor for us to evaluate a mod. But it doesn't mean you need to mod the ETs 24 hours a day lol

8. Mod account can only be used by the mod himself/herself.

9. Every mod should know mods are the people who want to help the community become better and serve other players, mod is not the symbol of power. If you are seeking power, mod is not suitable for you.



I decided to post this as rule 4 was not followed correctly in team et tonight, i'm not going to have a go or be nasty to or about the mod concerned but as guan hasn't put his rules that he made back in here i decided to do it for him so mods can follow his rules

I was in team et with john (popeye) when the game froze all could talk, as he had the highest etr he actually booted himself as you can see from this mod report, booting himself was the right thing to do, no one had a bug, error or had disconnected, which was what happened tonight.

Mods boot the highest etr only when there's no way of knowing who is frozen, tonight I knew who was frozen so the etr rule didn't apply.

All I'm going to say now is john and I had the same problem and as he had the highest etr he booted himself, tonight we were all able to chat I was also on skype with bart and neither of us had a connection problem, it was a bug in the game itself and not a player as we all know this site is full of bugs that don't seem to get fixed. The name showing in yellow when the game freezes does not mean that's the player with a problem it just happens to be when the bug happened, I've seen enough of them to know this, in the game I was teamed with john in froze up it was the other team showing in yellow not us, but I have to say John did do the right thing by booting himself as he had the highest etr.

Swanie please don't think i'm attacking you, i'm not which is why I didn't name you in my 1st post, I also know your job isn't easy at times, but I do feel the rules weren't followed correctly and I, like others would like to see these few rules followed correctly, fernado has a massive etr of 573 and juan has 132 while, I have 131 and bart has only 2. If you remember after much debate in the old forum Guan made the rule that if all can respond then the team or player with the highest etr would be booted which is why i have posted the rules again.

I don't hold anything against you swanie I know you only did what you thought was right.
