OMG I can't believe I am doing this ... Do I realy have to write another post or e-mail about stuff that's not working in Poolians again ? Is this realy happening to me ? Yes because Guan doesn't reply to a single é-mail I have written about several queries, problems, bugs and faults ... I have ohter stuff to attend to Guan ! Like going to the bathroom for number 1 and 2 and puking ... I have number 1 position in Poolians and after a very bad tournament in Poolians 3D again I wanted to play Pool 2D just for fun right ? I have written you about this issue like a week ago but it has been going on for several weeks actualy. Seems that I simply can't play Pool 2D in Poolians because I get an errormessage or bug or whatever each time I click any button. The errormessage I have send you in my previous mail to which you don't respond. I know you are responding to the mails of some other players and that within 24 hours. Well I guess that's just very right. I have only paid for 2 Poolgames and 1 Snookergame in here ... That's like 3 payments I have done in 1 month ... The other players I am refering to have only done 1 payment in Poolians yet get more assistence then me ... Have you ever heard about the expression the customar is always right and is King Guan ? Well I think it's King back in Poolians and not me ... Why am I being discriminated while I have payed for 3 games in one month while the others only paid for Poolians get more service then me ?? :geek: :shock:

Yes giggles but I did the payments like over in one month. First I payed 1 year for Poolians, then I renewed my 3D Pool license for 1 year and now I recently bought AT snooker for 1 year ... :geek:
Should I pay some extra for support and service too ? Maybe like double or something ?
And do you find it normal that if you buy a product or products in such a short notice, periode and time and for like 1 year for each product you don't get any support or service whatsowever ? :shock:
Even if the stuff is broke and full of bugs what can we do ? We can't write to support now can we ? :shock:
Some people would go to the autoroties or police for this ...
And I'm getting very angry and upset about all of this !
