Click User Control Panel (top right of this page) then click Profile, then Edit Avatar, you can then upload a pic from your computer.

again, hope this helps:

1- click on User Control Panel
2- click on Profile
3- click on Edit Avatar
4- Upload from your machine
5- Upload from a URL (http://www.tinypic.com or any picture hosting website would do)
