IF YOU ARE NOT GOING DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS MEMBER AT ALL AND LET HIM CONTINUE ON DISRUPTING EVERYONES GAMES THAN YOU WILL BE IN DANGER OF LOSING YOUR EXISTING MEMBERS WHO WILL NOT PUT UP WITH THIS CRAP AND OUT OF INDIGNATION FROM THIS ABUSE STOP USING THIS SITE. THIS SITE IS PLAGUED ENOUGH WITH PROBLEMS THAN TO ALLOW EXTREME IDIOTS TO HARASS THE MEMBERS. I AM REQUESTING YOU BUILD IN THE PRACTICE TABLE AREA A PEOPLE BLOCK SO THAT YOU CAN BLOCK OUT THE BAD MEMBERS WHO ARE TROUBLE MAKERS ON HERE. THAN YOU CAN HAVE A CERTAIN PEACE AND PRIVACY NOT BEING DISRUPTED WITH BAD ABUSIVE LANGUAGE WHILE PLAYING. I CANNOT PLAY POOL WHEN SOMEONE IS WRITING ALL OVER MY TABLE THAT IM A FKG ASS AND A TERRIBLE PLAYER. I CANT PLAY WHEN SOMEONE LIKE WRITES IN BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS KICK SLIMS FKG ASS BEAT THE MOTHER FKR. WHO CAN PLAY UNDER THOSE CONDITIONS? I DONT LIKE THIS PERSON. I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG TO THIS PERSON EXCEPT REFUSE TO PLAY HIM. FOR THIS I AM ABUSED ALL THE TIME!!! ONE POKE OR ASTRIX WHICH IS THE SAME FELLOW WILL NOT STOP HARRASSING ME WHEN I PLAY. I AM REQUESTING THAT YOU LOOK INTO THIS AND PERHAPS DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT BEFORE I GET VERY UPSET WITH THIS SITE AND LEAVE IT ALTOGETHER. If you find a specific player is abusive you can chat block him, this stops you from receiving his chat, he can still chat but you won't see it. Right click the abusers nickname and select block chat or you can click the padlock underneath the test message window and make a selection from there.

I'm sorry but why should we have to play in small screen to block the abuse, some can't play so well in small screen while others prefer small screen, but why should we be mad to suffer because of idiots on here, we have the same problem in snooker as well. What we actually need is more mods with full use of tools, the mods we have in place now have been doing the job for at least 1 yr now some longer, so it's time guan relaxed the rules concerning mods and their tools and let them do something to clean this place up.
My sons all play online games with very strict rules which actually allow the mods to do their job propperly, it's about time we had something like that here as well.
I don't know what's wrong with the report abuse sytem but 1 night i was in team games i was 1 of the team captains, both myself and the other team captain reported someone (a lot of times) who came in and was continously abusive all he lost was 3 points off his reputation.
The lack of rules and the way some are allowed to continously abuse is nothing short if disgusting, and needs sorting once and for all.
Guan if you read this and would like some help in setting up some firm, sound and fair rules, please let me know 1 of my sons has said he is willing to do it for you, he's done it for other sites and it has worked.

Rules of conduct have been requested by players here for many years, they've never eventuated and I doubt they ever will. Guan has provided players with the tools to filter out abusive chat, you don't need to play in small screen, just go to small screen to activate the block then return to full screen, it's not difficult. Guan isn't going expand mod tools so there's no point in trying to pressure him into it, it's just not going to happen. In the circumstance where there's a player being abusive in your game there's really no need to call a mod, self moderating is all that's needed, if you can't see his chat then you can't be upset by it, you've shut him up and your game is no longer affected by his abusive chatter cluttering up the screen. He'll eventually leave once he realises you're not responding to his abuse.

None of the tools work in fullscreen except -off which turns off communication all together. So your saying if players want to block an abusers chat in fullscreen they can't send,receive chat from anyone sounds like we are getting punished for someone elses wrong deeds.

A simple solution to this would be if Guan could merge the chat filter tools with the fullscreen chat so it takes affect in both screens.

Chat blocking an abusive player does not affect anyone else's chat, you specify who's chat you want to block, and that players chat is blocked only to you, everyone else in the room can still see his chat unless they too have blocked him.

How to block a selected players chat: go to small screen, right click the abusive players nickname and select 'block chat' from the menu, return to full screen.

Swan if you block a persons chat you won't see there chat in smallscreen, if you go into fullscreen you can still see there chat do you get it now?
