I bought 3D Snooker a few weeks ago and the game played fine.Now all of a sudden the when trying to connect for network play the game says, cannot find server,please check your internet connection and try again. My Internet connection is fine as is my network.I have reported this to Etiumsoft five times in ten days!!!And they have not replied once.So much for answering in 24 hours!In my opinion it stinks that you get charged £27 for a game that is not functioning properly!If they have a server problem,or its simply a bug,Why oh Why can't they have the politeness to reply to peoples emails.Or let people know they are having a problem.Or at least help people sort the problem out!!!

Hey mate apparantly support are having some problems within their emails, they haven't responded to anyone, maybe its a firewall problem? I've never seen a game cannot find server message before so best leave it to guan to respond but again be patience with support there having difficulties at the moment your not the only one best of luck...GreGG...

IJSHUTE, are you trying to log into the online game through your pro version? The pro only supports peer to peer play, ie playing with someone who also has the pro, only your 2 computers are linked to play with each other, you're not playing through the Arcade Tribe online portal.
